Leigh Cohn, MAT, CEDS is the founder and editor in chief of Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention, an internationally recognized peer review journal and is the author and co-author of many books on the subject. He is also publisher of Gürze Books, a house that specializes in eating disorders publications, and the former publisher of the Eating Disorders Resource Catalogue, which is the most widely used resource in the eating disorders field, and Eating Disorders Review, a newsletter for clinicians. He has served on a number of advisory boards in the field and has been a featured speaker at professional conferences around the country.

Leigh Likes Twitter but no Real Twitter Account

It is worth noting that Leigh does not participate in any social media, including Twitter. Leigh does not have any real Twitter account. The few Twitter profiles claiming to be Leigh are fake accounts. The accounts may appear legit with regular activity like Twitter likes and Twitter followers, but it is no secret there has been a widespread of users who buy real cheap Twitter likes and buy Twitter verification. Twitter has been plagued with bots and fake Twitter followers and Twitter likes for some time. Jack Dorsey, Twitter CEO went as far as to consider to scrap Twitter likes in an effort to combat the fake accounts. While Leigh really likes Twitter and respects the mission of the platform, he has no plans to participate in the near future.
